If you are traveling by car, here are some practical suggestions:

  • From Rome (160km): take the A12 Highway until Civitavecchia, then proceed along the Highway SS1 Aurelia; 1 km after the exit for Albinia you will find road signs “campeggi” to reach our facilities.
  • From Florence (180 km): take the A12 Highway Firenze Impruneta – Siena and then the E78 Highway towards Siena – Grosseto and take the exit for SS1 Aurelia; 3 km after the exit for Fonteblanda you will find road signs “campeggi” to reach our facilities.
  • From Pisa (170 km): take the A12 Highway towards Rosignano and then the SS1 Aurelia; 3 km after the exit for Fonteblanda you will find road signs “campeggi” to reach our facilities.

The Camping is situated on the silver coast near the tourist centres of Argentario mount like Orbetello, Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole and Talamone. The Osa and Saturnia spas are not far away. It is possible to reach Giglio and Giannutri islands by ferries, leaving from Porto Santo Stefano.

It is particular exciting visiting the medieval villages of Capalbio, Magliano, Montemerano, Pitigliano and Sovana, where you will enjoy the typical wines and the traditional cookery of Tuscany.

If you like walking in nature, you should visit the Natural park of Maremma (at about 4 km) or Oasi WWF del Lago di Burano and Orbetello lagoon. If you prefer cycling, you will have the possibility to visit “Tombolo della Giannella” and admire fallow and roe deer, and little wild boars.

The garden Giardino dei Tarocchi di Nike Saint Phale, one of the most famous contemporary artists, and the pediment of Talamone temple are of particular interest for art lovers.
